Relax first then write- Creativity comes from peace. Take some time to unwind, reflect, spend quality alone time, then pick up your pen and write your masterpiece. 

Now that you're relaxed and focused, you will have a better idea what to write. You can write from your own experiences, something you conquered or your expertise. Make it personal, relatable and speak to the hearts of your readers.

One more thing. Keep it simple and clear, because readers love clarity and it needs to make sense. Clarity brings insight,  inspiration, gives direction and creates great reviews.
